1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and jm8 ("jm8," "we," "us," "the Platform"). jm8 operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform offering casino games, live dealer tables, slot games and sports betting services, accessible to eligible players across Malaysia including Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Bangsar and all other regions.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through the jm8 website and any associated mobile applications. By using jm8, you agree to comply with these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

jm8 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use jm8, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jm8 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all its products and services. Providing false information about your age isa serious offence and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You are accessing jm8 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local laws. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of jm8 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to any financial sanctions that would prohibit you from transacting with jm8.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from jm8 or had a prior account closed for terms violations.

jm8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or during routine compliance checks. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in suspension or closure of your account.

3. Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or a different name — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your jm8 login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised such activity.
• Keeping your registered contact details — including your email address and Malaysian phone number — accurate and up to date.
• Notifying jm8 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

jm8 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security. All communications from jm8 will be sent to the email address registered on your account; it is your responsibility to ensure that address remains active and monitored.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jm8 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support the following payment methods: FPX, DuitNow, Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB and Hong Leong Bank.

The following conditions apply to all transactions:

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are published within the jm8 cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified and previously used for a successful deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• jm8 targets a withdrawal processing time of one (1) to three (3) business days, though this may vary depending on your chosen payment provider and any outstanding verification requirements.
• jm8 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
• All transactions are SSL-encrypted. jm8 does not store full payment card details on its servers.
• Funds deposited into your jm8 account must not originate from criminal activity. Any suspicion of money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.

jm8 reserves the right to delay, suspend or reverse any transaction where fraud, bonus abuse, or AML concerns are identified during internal review.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jm8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual offers:

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated clearly on each individual promotion page.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period only. Any unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the stated validity window.
• jm8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, including where evidence of abuse is detected.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once constitutes bonus abuse and will result in permanent account closure.
• Certain games — including but not limited to progressive jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's specific terms.
• jm8 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a promotion has been exploited through systematic or coordinated betting strategies.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

jm8 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with jm8 games or systems.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, including in live dealer games such as our Dragon Tiger and Sic Bo tables.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches or malfunctions in software or payment systems. Any winnings resulting from a technical error are void and will be reclaimed by jm8.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage, matched betting or systematic exploitation of odds across jm8's Sportsbook in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Any conduct that constitutes fraud, misrepresentation or a violation of applicable Malaysian or international law.

jm8 employs real-time fraud detection and game integrity monitoring systems. Accounts found in violation of fair play standards will be suspended immediately pending investigation. jm8's determination in such matters is final and binding.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jm8 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of funds, profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of — or inability to access — the jm8 platform.
• Interruptions to service resulting from scheduled maintenance, technical failure, third-party infrastructure outages, or events beyond jm8's reasonable control (including force majeure events).
• Decisions made by you based on information displayed on the jm8 platform, including odds, game results or promotional details.
• Unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate password security.

jm8 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, delays or security vulnerabilities at all times. Your use of jm8 is entirely at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jm8's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

jm8 collects, stores and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on jm8, you consent to such processing for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and personalised marketing communications (where you have opted in).

jm8 will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory authorities where legally required.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by jm8, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention obligations. Such requests should be directed to [email protected].

9. Amendments to These Terms

jm8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable. Minor clarifications may be implemented without prior notice.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at jm8.lat/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the jm8 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the amendment.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which jm8 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jm8 platform shall first be referred to jm8's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of Malaysia, to the extent that such rights cannot be waived by contract.
